The hospitality is given in cosy apartments, pleasantly furnished and taken care of in every little detail; you will also find cable tv and air conditioning. each apartment has an independent entrance, moreover the ones on the ground floor have their own gazebo, tables and chairs so that you can spend most of the time in contact with nature without giving up your privacy.
The charming panoramic swimming pool (5x15mt) surrounded by a wide solarium space made of wood, overlooking the luxuriant garden and with a unique view over the valdera hills, will allow you to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay faraway from daily stress.
Our younger guests can enjoy a well-equipped play area, and everyone can enjoy the five-a-side football pitch, table tennis and mountain bikes.
The barbecue will allow you to prepare tasty dishes of grilled food or the simple but delicious “bruschetta”.

* The weekly stays are intended from saturday to saturday.
* The stay prices include bed linen with weekly change, bath towels that are changed every two weeks, electricity, cooking gas included and final cleaning 
* Baby beds must be requested upon booking, 
* Wi-fi - Air conditioning or heating included.
* Extra cleaning or extra changes must be paid directly at the reception 
* The final cleaning does not include the kitchenette and the fridge which must be left clean.
* At the reception, you will not only find our products, but also useful information on how to spend your holiday in the best way.
* All the shopping facilities like the bakery, the grocery, the supermarket, the pharmacy and stationer's are easy to reach by car in a few minutes.
* Upon booking we can arrange weekly dinners for our guests, and if you wish, we can suggest you good local restaurants and eating places where you can taste real tuscan and italian specialities.
* The deposit is 150 euro and balance must be paid upon arrival by cash, any other extras will be charged at the time of departure.
* In order to confirm the reservation, we please ask you to pay 30% of the total amount due by bank transfer
